I had a plugged fuel line on my 52 F1, I used a old wire liner from a mig welder uncoiled the end a little like a corkscrew and put the other end in a drill and run it from one end to the other, it cleaned out most of the varnish that had clogged the line
Put an exhaust fan where the holes are, weld up the rest of the holes and put a coat or 2 bed liner on it, I did the bed liner on a motor home roof and it never leaked the whole time I had it.
If I was you I’d go to a junkyard and find some springs and save some $ before you build your rear frame kick up, you can figure out your wheel base and the length under the bed and where the front spring perch needs to be.
