The bumper is now smooth infor in wider all finished next I have to make the bumper brackets fit the front end and build a valance panel.

I am taking more sample pieces from my donor bumper I have welded in the studs for the bumper brackets ground the heads down to clear the new plate. No the new pieces will they didn't know I have to file.

I'm just filling in holes using pieces from the donor to smooth everything out the bumper is now 4 inches wider.
