Well I just had a major set back. The motor blew up on me driving to work so now it's a yard ornament. With this major crapola happening I'm considering stubbing the front end with an s10 and using the rear axle out back and having it all setup on air ride suspension but it probably won't happen...
Yep I just put led taillights and license plate light on my car they work awesome. Made my own brackets out of plastic to hold the lights since my original brackets were side mounts and leds are more visible straight out. Next turn signals wired up.
Well I patched the floor and mounted my driver's seat. Now I got taillights and turn signals to wire up. It's taken me so long cause I barely have time to do anything or money to buy what I need to make it work right. Oh well guess selling toys to fix a toy is what I'm going to have to do. Sold...
Well I added 2" lowering blocks to the back of car but think it would look cooler with 3"-4" more of a drop but then I really got to lower the front or I might rub the bumper on ground. But it does look cool with the little drop. So need to start doing stuff since it's great weather in Illinois.
Haven't done much this week it's to cold and my garage is full of stuff. Traded my motorcycle for a different one and for a 69' bsa chopper frame with the high back seat. Got a box of parts with it as well. Thinking about selling it or maybe turn it into a stretched board track racer with jockey...
Well I would like to make the center of my dash flip up and down and slide in and out to reveal my volt meter, oil, water temp, and fuel gauge. Also have some toggle switches for lights and other stuff.
Well I did the 12 volt swap already on my own. I got a single wire alternator hooked up. I need to get the hei distributor from stovebolt and a new coil.
Oh my bad lol I thought he said he had an adapter leftover that he would sell not make them. I went to that site it's got a lot of stuff. Wayfarer I got a standard three on the tree cause there's no window on passenger side floor for the crazy torque converter 3spd. I am wanting to do a t5 kit...
I got their website saved on my Droid as well as many others. Who is the guy on p15-d24 that makes the t5 swap plate and stuff I had his number and website but lost it when phone went psycho on me and I had to get a remanufactured one.
I got egge's parts catalog and a estimate for rebuild parts for my 218. I found the stovebolt guy through the 50 Plymouth web page. I just need money to get this stuff cause I want to so drive my car down the road and not worry that it may blow up or break. It's old and engine has a knock or it...
