    A cool rat

    Just thought I would share a picture of our mascot for the ratrodzstore.com a good friend of mine who is a top notch artist drew this rat for me and I got my airbrush out and made this 3.5 x 4 foot sign. I thought it turned out pretty cool.

    Where do you guys gets your rides insured thru? My car insurance co wont insure my 46 but gave me another name to call and the wife said they were like 400 bucks a year and I called grundys and they were half that, are there any better places to call?? Thanks Bill

    Electric Cowl Help

    Thanks Daman, here are a couple more pics. Been doing a little body work and someday gonna repaint the truck, gonna go back with flat black just do a better job on the bodywork and fine details. Love driving this thing around, gets alot of looks.

    I dont know if this is the proper place to ask this but Im wanting to make my cowl vent open and close by an electric motor, Ive seen it dont but thats it, I dont have a clue on where to start. Have any of you guys done this on a cowl vent? Could i maybe do my hood too? Its on a 1946...

    Welding up Seams ?

    Im thinking of welding up the seams on the front of my 46 International Pickup, I know that you dont want to do it all in one pass and do a little bit and move to another area to keep the heat(warping) down, are there any other tricks that would help me?? Thanks Bill

    flame throwers?

    I bought the $200 kit and added a manual choke so you hit the button and get the flames lit and then let go of the button and pull the choke and presto flames-a-plenty.......funny thing is that after I installed the flame thrower I only get about 3.5 miles per gallon now....lol
