Very much agree with this! There is enough forums out there that exclude people for having certain rides, lets keep this open to all.

I know this is an old thread, but I had to add my kudos to Ron Pope. I bought a front crossmember, suicide perch, and spring shackles. Excellent products and service. I called with a question on shipping while he was on the road. He told me he would get back to me when he got back to his shop...

Here is a couple of my 24x30 shop. I recently just finished insulating and covering the ceiling.

put some seat cushions down (don't worry these are not the seats i will run) so i could get an idea of where my steering column will go.

put on the driver's side doors to see how it looks.

and here is how it sits now.

Here i'm putting the body back on the frame, which is tricky when your by yourself.

and the finished firewall.

and here it is after i made my cut.

the firewall was already recessed however i needed to extend the recess a few more inches to accomodate my distributor. here is the firewall before.

ok before i get to the updates i had to show how my insulation is working. 1st pic is outside temp, 2nd is inside the shop... Toasty!!

You get soft after living here for awhile... 40 degrees is freezing to me now!! lol...

Ok have the ceiling in my shop insulated and covered!![cl Hopefully i can get back to the car now!!
