Got on Detroit steel wheels waiting list....12 or 13 weeks later they showed up.

I hear you guys. I am welding g my cab together as we speak. Kind of wishing I had started with a cab/cabs that didn't have so much rot. Rebuilding doors and rockers on a 39 Ford pickup with next to nothing for aftermarket Support sucks. Especially when it is your first major build.

Going to add a 40 x 14 roof on the side once it is done. Your right never big enough.

The shop is 52ft x 52ft with 15'10" ceiling. Getting everything together for a heated floor.

Haven't had a lot of time with work and construction of my shop. Did manage to get out and start to fill the gap in the roof. Hope to have the rest of the cab pinned together next stint home. And a small bomber seat for my nephew. May do full size seats if the little one. Works out

It is funny, I poured the foundation and thought the shop looked small. Started framing the walls and it felt even smaller. Once all the walls were standing and the sheeting was going up it started to look big finaly.

Working on my dream shop right now. Can't wait to have a roof. Trusses are four weeks out. Looks great.

Wife just found me the rear end I was looking for, for $200 and the guy is pulling it for me. 2000 chevy 6 bolt with disc brakes and 3.08 and he thinks posi. Here is a better shot of a door too. Think it lines up pretty good.
