Great info, I have to use up my LTs and get into the 6.0 swaps, already have a 2000 6.0 here to use. When you get the PCM reprogrammed is there anything you get turned off other than the rear O2 sensors, EVAP, VATS, and maybe EGR? Who do you have do the reprogramming and retune for the cam swap?

Anyone know the different front track widths for 2 wheel drive and 4 wheel drive S10s, ranger, and Dakotas? Maybe wheel mounting surface to wheel mounting surface? I am looking into a frame swap on a 56 dodge pickup and wanted to see which was a better fit.

Thanks, steering wheel will stay for now since it matches the car, but I may be changing the whole dash out to something different. If I do that the wheel will go at the same time. I am already gearing up for the next build so this one will be driven as is for now. Time to build a truck!

Factory wheel getting gutted spokes shortened and welded to the malibu center and outer ring. Saved the caddy trim pieces for the spokes I didnt have any of the "correct" POR 15 putty that seems to be the favored stuff for steering wheels, but I did have some duraglass! What the hell...

Dash done, had to add aftermarket gauges as well. Clock was gutted and converted to AA battery use, now it will actually work. Front seat in, cushions are from my 41 buick parts car, the cad units will be rebuilt for future use.

Thanks, I also made two speedometers, one digital from 95 caprice parts and one analog from 95 S10 parts. I ended up using the analog unit, digital was cool but didnt match the build.
