After driving the project for a while the max boost I've gotten out of the supercharger has been 6psi. Chasing a potential belt slip problem I added a tensioner to the slack side of the belt. Then I realized I never checked the pulley ratio using the BMW's crank pulley and Jaguar supercharger...

Revamped the seats. Never was in love with the Race Stripe boat seats, although comfy enough. So ordered a less flashy version of boat seats and then made a set of "Bomber" style buckets out of them. Now to figure out some sort of interior panels to cover up that fiberglass

Although far from "finished", if it ever really will be. Now that the project runs amd moves under it's own power I can have fun with the little tinker projects in the name of experimenting and dialing in and tuning the combination of parts. I wanted to see if I could get more of a "cammed"...

Shortened the wheelie bars for a more proportionate look for the Bucket. With the new rear coil overs, the raised rear ride height gave the bucket a rake. Does the rake angle feel natural to you? Is it a good look for this bucket?

I talked myself into something I've been debating for months, possibly even years: Yup, Wheelie bars. Not for practicality, not for function and definitely not out of necessity. My logic for such a gaudy display of wanna-be race car? Because I wanted to. I am building the Hot Rod I've had...

Thank You! I'm afraid bump steer will still be an issue due to the fact that it isn't a 4-link front end and the steering rod pivot from the pitman arm isn't relatively the same level as the front radius arm pivot point. The higher up the pitman arm (cowl steering) the worse bump steer gets...

Today's project: Adding some 'Speed Holes' to the home made steering arm. Then clearancing the body for full pitman arm swing. I can now grease the tie rod zerk from inside the car Also experimenting with a set of small lights, can't say I'm sold on them 100%

Ran into an issue with steering linkage. So I made a thing, by (roughly) TIG welding two or three things into one thing: My thing allowed me to keep the headlight mounted on the steering arm, but gave an arm for the tie-rod from the steering rod to push & pull against to steer the vehicle...

    Need help finding pitman arm.

Hey guys, I need some help identifying the correct pitman arm. I'm using a mid 70's F250 manual steering gear (reversed) for the cowl steering in my project: Of course, a pitman arm for a mid 70's (or any year) F250 (or any other ford model) doesn't fit this box, most of the pitman arms...
