    Yea, I think it will be way easier to work on and do engine swaps down the road if I engineer it to be easily removable.

    I'm trying to decide wether to use slotted angle steel to build a structure to support the radiator and fenders to the firewall erector set style, or use an adjustable cable system to replace the missing threaded support rod that went to the firewall. I really want the front end to be solid, yet...

    Got a sweet deal on a full set of fiberglass fenders, so I pulled my front end apart and found the mother of all Rig Jobs! Your eyes are not deceiving you... The radiator support is "loosely" bolted to the power steering pump! There was no fender support tie rod either, which was the first clue...

    GPS I figured this was the most economical way to get a speed reading without swapping out all the gauges.

    Stained the raw wood in the bed. Also got rid of the crappy fuel cell and replaced with a new cyclinder tank. I think this is temporary though. I want a tank under the bed with a sender and gauge.

    New wheel. Retained the original horn button on the new wheel.

    Interior is much improved as well. A shot of the leather seat, new wheel, carpet, and GPS.
