I'm trying to use up some of the parts and peices that i got around here...to make room for more parts and peices....I got 2 chevy luv rolling chasis's.....can they be used for any donor base.for anything?

i started out with the front of a 27 dodge sedan that was cut off at the b piller...a friend said he uncovered them when he was logging off his dads property i went back later with a generator,sawsall,and 200 feet of extention cord and cut the last 2 feet off another sedan that was in...

Ron...they didnt know what it came out of....i guess it was in a storage unit that they won....but i think it was a plymouth pu..i beleive it was hinged on the top and flipped open at the bottom though

Bought this at a yard sale yesterday for 5 dollars....i'll build a ratrod around it down the road.Does anyone know for sure what it was out of?

well......i think... As a lifelong car lover....ive been building rats sence i was a teen...I beleive that a true ratrodder is constantly scanning the tree lines and fields for parts....and every part you see is potentially useful for a project.....and the rest are potential tradeing stock for...

good call yer spot on....the raised panel on the top of the dash is enough proof for me....its definately a 27 dodge.....thank you so much....that will save me some imbarrisment at car shows a couple years down the road.

I took the '28 back doors that i found and reversed them to the opposite sides and found they fit good so i chopped the cab 4 inches and did the same to the doors....than i straightened the tipout windshield frame and chopped it down too.....the little cut out at the bottom of the doors where...
