thats a cool lux wagon!
i work 12hr night shifts, so i lurk alot of forums. i do my research here. than get off work and put the knowledge to use. then back again.
hmm good to know. ive got 4.10's and 31in tires. but not sure about the tranny. its a 727 and afaik its stock. but then again this truck has been worked on by far to many hands
i'll keep with it for now. getting my feet wet in this carb/intake/v8 mess. love it and i'm learning alot.
yes i'm aware. its on my dodge power wagon and its my daily so mileage is my goal, the 318 has a cam in it of some sort, seems to be low end as well.. I needed to go over the top half cleaning and inspecting and such, so the intake got put on to try out. the hesitation i had before has been...

alot of the guys on my C body website dont like the rv motors to much.
honestly i dont recall their reasons tho. might be worth checking over there?

ok float level is good. haven't taken the carb apart yet. i need it running even if its hesitating for the moment.
i'm off work in 45 min and i have the next four days off. to bad i'll be in anc for a firefighter convention, then back to work for three days.
are you going to keep the TTB? and 4x4? i know that ttb system pretty well. and they can perform if understood, but alot of ppl don't like the look of the hefty i beams
love the project! keep it up
