Thanks soltz. It's been 2 years in the making. I only hope that once it's done it will speed up the process of completing the vair.

Been away awhile.... Been busy so I figured I should give some updates. The garage is almost done. Just waiting on the doors and got to run power out to it. Pushed the vair out the other day to clean up and take some pics. Hope to have her in the new garage soon so I can get back work...

    1952 F-6 Build

I find that stepping away from a project sometimes makes me more motivated to get back into it. Especially when I look at all the other builds on hear! I only wish I had half the talent (and patients) that you all have. I am sure once you can get back on your truck it will be like you never stopped.

Thanks for the input. I agree I haven't seen anyone make one of these late model truck cabs look good as a rat rod. Just was curious if any had. For now I am gonna work on getting it into a roller. I will take some pics soon. Thanks again.

Great idea to use a drive shaft for the header. That looks great!

X2! All the ones I have ever seen were 4wd. It will be neat to see a 2wd.

Yea salt in the winter, plus now they are using calcium which is really doing a job on everything!!! I worked on a 08 F350 recently that was so rotted the truck was almost not safe for the road. The worst part is the guy still had 2 years to pay on it!
