Oven cleaner didnt do much. Was a paint job from years ago, wicked thick. It worked ok on thin spots. Might try to scrap whats loose and maybe lightly sand down to some of the green. No way to get all the red off.

Ok I have a 39 chevy truck that use to be a welding truck. some one painted it red and its flaking pretty good. under the flaky red paint is an awesome military green. Any way of removing red to get to the green?

Has anyone made extensions in the fender well so they look like 1/2 ton fenders?

Can you adjust the valving in the rear coilovers? Some people call them clicker's.

I seen an episode of American restorations and they had a tech tip on adding baking soda to paint and it drys flat. No amounts or recipe's, anyone ever do this? He said it works on any paint.

I have a 1968 olds tornado I am saving for a similar project. I want to do it with a late 40's early 50's truck. Those hondas can make some serious horsepower. Even naturally aspirated.

Wouldnt even turn over. I guess I put in a ngk 9n which is a long snowmobile plug in it. Dad thought it was junk and pushed it outside, on a rainyday he pulled it inside to see if he could fix it and pulled the plug.

Body on!!! There is a bunch of skipped steps in here as I did not take pictures. :( Pretty much I plugged 31 holes in the firewall from 65+ years of retrofitting whatever threw the firewall. toke out a bunch of dents in the roof etc.. all epoxy primed and outlined with the dupont green dad...

Engine in. this is thee time we did the whole brake system, bled it and all. Installed the fuel lines hooked up the power steering etc...

Painted the street fighter at same time. Fuel cell installed.
