53 Dodge Pilothouse Shop Truck build...

Looking good! I've got a '48 that I'll be starting on real soon. Did you box the front part of the frame around the engine mounts?

    My '54 Chevy 3600 build

Getting real close. Still have a few little things to finish up, and get some glass.

Mixed signals on this 9"/8" rear... Help!

I believe the 8" tapers down toward the drum(about where the leaf spring perches are), and the 9" has the same diameter tube from the center to the drum.

    Viva Las Vegas Review.

They were great shows. Can't believe how much bigger the Rukkus show was this year, over last year. Notice the connecting rod engine mounts. Awesome grill. One off wheels from a salt racer. Caught a photo shoot.

    Viva Las Vegas Review.

We are going this year. Went down last year, but only made it to the Rat City Rukkus show. This year we are going to try and do both. The Rukkus show is Saturday only, across the street from the Stratosphere. Not a huge show, but fun with a bunch of great rats.

Haha. Yes. Just the patina look. I know I could never get that low without major $$

    My '54 Chevy 3600 build

Thanks. I'm keeping the 8 lugs up front, and doing adapters in the back. I have a set of older Chevy rims that I'm going to use. I'll help mother nature along with the exterior. My goal is for it to look something like this.

    My '54 Chevy 3600 build

Ya. I didn't really want to do any major frame work on my first build. I'm looking at about 2" from pulling a couple leafs and another couple with lower profile tires. The 245/75-16 are just way too tall for me.

    My '54 Chevy 3600 build

Picked up a 1954 Chevy 3600, with a 235 and 4 spd. Plans are to sand the body down to bare metal, and leave some patina paint patches. I'm keeping the original 235, but adding a Fenton dual carb intake, and tube headers. Also doing a 12V conversion, and running an HEI distributor. Rear end is...

    New guy from Eastern WA.

Hi from Washington. Been snooping here for a while, and was just waiting to get a truck before I jumped in. So here it is. 1954 Chevy 3600 3/4 ton with what I think is the original 235. Plans are to strip the paint and clear coat the bare metal, lower it, rebuild the 235 with a mild cam...
