I'm scratching around for the best alternative to the original '55 brake system. I would like to go with disks on the front (Going to leave the original suspension) and add power assist dual master under the floor like the original.
I also plan to dress up the original 235 with a couple carbs...
Just a few pics of my recent purchase. Any ideas about the patina (rust) and how to smooth it up for clear coat? I read about simply using linseed oil instead of clearing.... Ideas welcome!
