F IT! Its Gas and Needs to be Burnt! 3000 Rpm does burn fast! But, out of the gate this rips!

Dually Is Running the Highway I took the dually out on the highway for some high speed testing. 60mph @ 3000 rpm. It rolled smooth, no major vibrations other then the expected. Some minor engine smoke coming from the oil dip stick. Mostly cause I crushed it by mistake with the header. Over...

I had to double check and my results where different but not good. Help me to clear this up if im doing this wrong. I marked the tire and spun the it 1 full revolution. As I spoon the tire I watched the yoke turn about 2.75 times. I would guess that my rear end ratio is somewhere around 2.75?

Yeah, great for the interstate but sad at the red light!

That's one of my problems. I spun the rear tire 1 revolution and the pinion only spun 2.25. Its a Eaton Axle and my plans are to test it, even though its not ideal.

The Rear Alxe is 92" wide, leaving me 4" to get in/out of the garage. Got it from a Blue Bird Short Bus haha

Here is my welding This is the sleave that I insert, I kepts it kind long to allow the template to lay over it and then I rewelded the sleaves again to the plate and to the outer edges of the 2x4

Frame Rails I wanted holes in the front rails and I wanted them to be nice a tight with the engine (Cadillac 472)! I buddy of mine made some templetes in CAD, so that the holes where spaced out correctly and keeping the holes in the elbow of the frame rails. 11 holes each rail, 22 wholes...

My Frame Designing the frame took a lot of time and measurring and the help of some good friends. Everything is built with 1/8" wall 2x4 steel.
