    I have 2" drop spindles, the tire size I plan to use sets the low point of my frame a little less than 5", so my center of gravity is lower than an everyday car. Since I have coilovers I make crank it a little lower.

    Working on tilt front end (it will only be hood and grill). Underlying grill structure. Made some adjustable hinges, Raised front suspension full up to measure for c-notches Burned a rack and pinion rubber boot from welding (hint- cardboard is not a good weld shield) :mad:

    Too hilly where I live to not have parking/ emergency brake. I used the S10 front and rear cables with the 444 dash pull handle. Sounds ridiculous, but it took me three days to get it all figured out, adapted and fabricated. :eek:

    Making good progress Floors, S10 Blazer gas tank, parking brake linkage to stock underdash chrome pull handle. Had to do a good bit of heat' quench to tighten up the oil can in the floors.

    Cutout rusty rear inner fenders to make smooth wheel tubs. Lots going on back there. The way I built the frame the 4 bar links and E-brake cables are a tittle closer than I wanted. The narrow S10 rear end will require reversed rims to fit right and look good. Wheel Vintique 15x7 Rally wheels...

    The existing firewall had large structural braces down to the unibody frame horns that were in the way and no longer needed. I used my plasma cutter to trim the passenger side but the cutting was difficult without damaging the flat metal underneath the brace. The battery box was in the center...

    I luv that look [cl I spent a lot of time at the Fairgrounds Speedway in Birmingham, AL. Whe I was 12-15 yrs old. It was a 1/2 mile dirt track then. Local drivers were Bobby and Donnie Allison, Red Farmer (Ford powered), Neil Bonnett and more.
