Tires are new Both rear tires appear to be new. Both rims have tubes. The stems are in the middle of the rim near the hub. I thought maybe it was because the tire height to width ratio was so low.

Can someone explain what the numbers stamped on my engine block indicate? The guy who built my rod died last year and it would be a lot easier to get parts if I knew exactly what I was driving. It is a Chevy 250ci straight 6 Stamped on the right side: CON2 F129 3921968/GM/62 Thanks for the help
