'31 Model A

I just picked up a '31 Model A today in real good shape, I'm gonna use it instead of my '27 T. They're both tudor sedans so I think it should fit okay. What I was wanting to see is any chop jobs or other info I should know before I start to tear it apart. I was wondering if the door latches from Speedway for the '31 are any good also.
It took about 5 minuts to sell my T to pay for the A. Figured I'd rather build a new sub-floor than do body work.
