How did they do that?

I believe it's a valve cover imitation of the nail head top end. The covers are designed to look like an actual nailhead.

The best job of disguising an LS that I do believe I ever seen.
What makes this one work so well is, the exhaust tube spacing, to the eye, is the same on both engines.
