That is a cycle kart. There is a growing following for them. I posted a wanted ad here for wheels to build one. A guy named Dennis Thomas has put together a bunch of you tube videos on his builds. For a couple grand to build it looks like a hell of a lot of fun.

Just looked this up. Interesting thing is by the rules of "Cyclecarting" you are not allowed to spend more than $1750 on one to build it, and buying one to run on a cyclecart track is not legal for competition.......... [cl

Wonder what would happen if I put my R6 motor in one? Neat idea, something to keep in the back of my head.
