Model A's come in many body types. They look similar, but have different dimensions and shapes. I found some drawings here...

I wonder if it has something to do with the four doors having more wood framing inside than the trucks and two door cars?

what is different about it?

It would take way more room than we have here, and vastly more knowledge than I have, for me to start listing all the differences in the various model A bodies.
There is a book called Henry's Lady that does it quite well. I know you are looking for a specific answer on the visor but if you have a Model A of any sort, then you should have ALL the information at hand on what fits what.
