lowering/lifting blocks???

jus wondering whats your take on blocks.....
alum,steel,iron..cast,extruded? dare i say BILLET?...

My buddy just put 2" alum blocks under his car & made it look awesome lo down like that! Who would see it under there except the guy who changes u're oil. And yes... feel free to say billet!

ive had MANY vehicles over the years w/ lowing blocks, have a set of 4" aluminum ones still under the old frame for the 33 that I will use on a later project and have 3" aluminum ones under my Tubbed 58 International and thats been about 11 years of fun. never had a problem but I do suggest if you put them on run it for about 100 miles then retighten the U-bolts

If you are building a Ford.......you can get away with using these......:D

But seriously......
The blocks are clamped in, riding on pins. I don't believe any of those materials would give problems. But, never say never.

Superior Industries makes an inexpensive kit.
They can be picked up at the 'Zone or just about any other parts house.
