    my big block dart

Nice Dart JD383. I have had a soft spot for big block A-bodied Mopars for years. Especially green ones. Check out my 68 Valiant. http://ratrodsrule.com/forum/showthread.php?t=22110

That is an awesome little wagon!

    68 Valiant

This one has a 489 case with aftermarket axles so I'm hoping it'll hold. Plus not being a 4 speed, the "shock" shouldn't be too bad.

I'm familiar with the Schumacher tri Y headers, but to answer your question, those are TTY 2" primary under chassis.

    68 Valiant

Here's my 68 Plymouth Valiant 100. Started life as a slant 6, automatic. She now has a stroked 440 (508 cid), auto with 3800 stall, 4.10 suregrip (posi for you GM guys), frame tied and mini tubbed.

I don't think this is the truck to chop. I'll find something older with straight glass and just lower the 58.

    Just poking around

Thanks everyone. I do have a mig and I do have some mechanical know-how. The truck does run and drives although it is no where close to being road worthy. I'd love to slam it and take about 2-3 inches out of the top but that curved windshield scares me. I'll poke around here some more and see...

    Just poking around

New guy here from sunny Florida. I was surfing the net looking for any other 58 Dodge trucks when I stumbled onto this site. I don't have the $$$ now to really do anything with my truck but I have some ideas of what I would like to do with it. Here's my 58 swb 1/2 Dodge. Hope ya'll like it.
