The 500 caddy is a 1976, is stock so its not a high compression engine. It would be nice to just call and get one custom made, but I will do this with what I have or can trade for. True 50s Hot Rod style. Thats when I grew up , Back in the day!!
I am putting a 500 caddy in a rat. I know the radiator that fits the shell will not cool it. My plan is to use the small radiator then plumb back to the box and lay down another radiator with an electric fan pulling air up. Does this plan sound like it will work? Thanks

I am putting a 500 caddy into a 39 Plymouth pickup with a 2x4 tube frame with no mounts at all. I have tried to buy them at the parts store. No longer made! I have a torch and a welder. Just look at the mounts you have and shorten them the needed amount and weld them back...
I want to put a tunnel ram on my 305 automatic chevy. Mostly for the look. what size carbs will I need to keep it streetable? I also have a warmed up stroker 383 on the stand but I dont want to use it unless I have to. Will the 305 handle a 2x4 tunnel ram? I need some help from you guys. Thanks...
