Hello we need a Rat Rod to do a shoot in or around arlington tx. We come to you. We have a pin-up model. So if you have a nice Rat Rod which you think would be nice in a magazine then please contact me. But if you don't have a Rat Rod and you know somebody who does have one then please pass then on to me also. I am hoping that TX has Rat Rods.[S

We come to the Rat Rod. Don't the car owners have garages? We don't want to drive them or take them out in the snow. When it gets warm we never can get the car owners to stay home on the weekends. We can not take pictures at car shows. So we start now to find the Rod still in the garages. [S So if we come to the garage and do the shoot in side then why would the snow matter?

That was a joke... there are tons of rats in Texas! A huge show, Lone Star Roundup, is coming up in Austin April 9-11th. Mainly a rat rod show but a wide variety of cars! Still time to register...

when i get the plymouth a little more done you can do a photo shoot .. maybe out at the beach here or on the seawall or down at the docks .. theres also a super old military hangers and stuff ... just a thought...

You said that B4 & I understand you can't do a real photo shoot at shows (although some mags do), you will hardly ever get to meet that many people who own those types of cars in one place! But seems like you know best!?

We go to shows to meet people but just can't pay for the rights to shoot at the shows. We have tried and the people running the shows have started to want money to print pictures from the shows. So we go to shows just to meet people but nothing else. It just cost to much. We are a small company. So we might be at your show just for fun but that is all. [P

Maybe you should promote your own show so you won't have to pay to shoot your own show - You know???

I think it is because of economy. Have you also noticed that the price at the gate of the car shows have gone up a little. I mean some shows which were $5 or now $10 or $12. This is just another change happening. p.s it is a crazy world. But everybody wants to make buck.[ddd

I just think there are still some shows out there where they would be glad to have the free exposure thats all.
