we have been to Marks place ,WOW:eek::eek: he has an awsome collection and a super nice guy , he talked about the forms and we got a few hints to correctly build it to not rip the plexi , the one thing that he told my son that really stuck with him was " you haven't built a car, til you built...

well we have looked at a few sites on the net that guys blow bubbles for homeade airplanes and the make an oven or big BBQ grille to blow the bubbles, soooooo we are in the process of building an oven to do the job , and building the forms to sandwich the plexi-glass and ready to heat and blow ...
