Here's mine on a 1955 Effie door. The truck belonged to my girlfriend's uncle and I bought it from her aunt. They lived on Lake Weiss in Cedar Bluff AL ,and loved to fish. The door lettering is a tribute to him and my girlfriends dad, who thought enough of me to arrange for me to have the truck.
LOL, That really falls into the why didn't I think of that scenario! Kinda scared somebody might think I "pulled" a VIN from a junkyard truck:confused:
If I decide to graft a GM subframe to my 55 F100, what do I have to do about the frame stamped VIN? the truck doesn't have a plate in the glove box or door, and I can't register it until it passes the visual inspection from the an officer that comes out to snoop around it. What do I do in this...
