I have the bend pak hd 9 and really like it. I also got the jack for it, that allows me to remove the tires, this has been a great plus. The runners act as a tool bench. My neighbor rolls his around to me it seems to move alot, always having to resquare it, so I anchored mine.

I used 11 ft metal studs for walls, 4/12 pitch, w- trusses over work area, a scissor truss over lift,the scissor truss is 4/12 on top and 2 1/2 /12 on bottom, I can get my pickup all the way up. Heights will depend on the span.
