    1927 Chrysler build

Nice build, keep up the good work and keep us posted. The body lines, firewall and frame are identical to my 1930 Chrysler sedan. I kinda like the different lines it has, especially on the cowl (that point). I glassed in a point at the bottom rear panel of mine to match it. The only thing...

    my 1930 chrysler sedan build

Thanks guys. I couldn't put tire chains on it even if I wanted to, I made the wheel openings a little tight to the tires. When the snow starts to fly, she goes back in the garage and the grinder and welder sparks start to fly. The roof was filled using a full size 80 ish chevy van roof. I...

    my 1930 chrysler sedan build

Thanks guys. That middle window was the rear door. The car has been sectioned 10" out of the rear doors and welded shut. It's chopped 4" and channeled 5".

    any COOL ideas?

Thanks for the replies guys. I think I'm gonna try the syn. oil ( being the easiest solution) first, and if that's not enough, I know where I can get a school bus type heater core. It will be a little tricky plumbing it, but then again, isn't that why we do this in the first place? The...

    any COOL ideas?

I've searched the threads and couldn't find any ideas on running another rad in the rear of the rod. I'm installing a mild sbc in my rod and with it being chopped and channelled, to get the grill shell height in proportion with the cowl, I'm afraid it dosen't leave much of a rad. The custom...

I'm gettin the hang of this, pics

More pics of my build, mostly interior shots some from underneath, it's on a castered kinda dolly that's about 2 feet off the floor. I find it easier to weld upside down when you're right side up. The pics aren't in order, I'm just glad they're posting, there's more to come. Gotta run out to...
