I scored a really nice 34 ford frame and have decided to turn it into my version of a late 50's style of traditional street rod with a flare of Bonneville.

Well here is my great score, I have lots of hot rod buddys that will help me make this work. It is set up for a SBC but I don't know anything about this style ignition other then dual points and coils, pluss the cool factor[S any info and experience will help, thanks:D:D

Well haven't been building for a while but, this is screaming at me to chop (or weld back together, after removing a several extra inches) So I am going to add a nice rake to the chop and slam it down really low with a few SBC ponies up front. What ya all think?:cool:

Does anyone have pics od Old school Ladder bar set up for a gasser style ride?

Gotta start with something and this is a good start...383 Mopar........[ddev I have a 40 Plymoth p/u cab and an Anglia front axle and a good Ford 9". I'm thinking something between a Gasser and and a Old school traditional (rat rod) any arguements?

Well here is the idea so far. Pulling the flatty and fordomatic out droping in a 302 w/ fmx 3 speed... drop the front about 2" and the back about 3"... direct lake pipes (LOUD he,he)... flat egg shell finish med to dark blue w/ heavy flake silver grey top... tuck the bumpers in nice and close...

yes its done! yes its loud and yes its FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUNNNNN:eek:
