The f150 ran a Mazda 5speed the T-5 was in the mustangs. I would go 300 Ford are a 250 Chevy it is just up to what you want chevy are ford.

I have had them stick so bad I had to break the cover off around the stud then it just turned right out it crazy what corrosion will do.

Go with the power trax one of the cheapest limited slips and works great with the 10 bolt. I would say find a factory one on the bay but the factory ones didn't live good.

If you want to spray it with a gun and get a good long life out of the job. A very low cost job is any flat chassis black paint and add flattener. Makes a great primer black color but it is sealed.
