    well, I purchased the model a spring spreader, worked great. had to then adjust the ride height due to loading the spring. FYI, spring is not loaded to 49 1/2" it's at 45".

    my hot rod buddy, flathead Eric, came over and put my ideas into reality.He did all the "figuring". Got her tacked together , next square her up and weld her together. She's going to be raked forward like in the 60's....

    got the frame measurements equal distance on both sides,(rear axle to front axle) and equal distance on the criss-cross measurements. Welded in two outer rear plates.....

    yea, this one was seized also, I tried a kingpin press but it didn't budge it, besides the push rods were too large. So, I used a roloc sanding disc and ground the top flange of the kingpin off, heated the axle and with a narrowed,filled down, old kingpin, my buddy pounded the seized one out...
