Looks really good! I would hit it with some flat brown and olive drab, and then let go to rust. Bare metal rust is way to red, and won't have that aged look. But that's just my opinion.

Anything with Swampers gets my approval.

A WideTrack Jeep Cherokee axle. Thanks for all the great comments and support. The tires are indeed painted, Rustoleum Satin White. I'm sure they will require lots of touch-up, but white Swampers had to be done. The axle ratios are set-up to compensate for the 40" rr and the 33" frt tires...
