find me a bedside that has been replaced and hasnt been glued on lol. get good panel bond glue, it does sand and feather, i use most glue with points of spot welding, never had a problem

try to put on a tack coat of clear, and then do medium to heavy coats, thats what i do to get it flow, but i havnt shot alot of matte clear.

depends on your taste, if you want it to blend together, or if you want to break up the colors.... not much help. however both look great

i agree with Dr Crankenstein melt that stuff off, wear gloves and a mask. then do basic metal repair weld all that good stuff.

you miight try going to your local sign decal stop and see if they cant take your plate and make a negative sticker of it, have them make two, put one on make sure it likes up properly and then soda blast it and repaint it. unless your a stickler for oem stuff. just a thought , alot of work though

that looks really good, i started building tattoo rests for a local shop i go to, i make them out of car parts, they love the weight on them. i like the tattoo gun holder.

you may take it to a paintless dent repair place, they can massage the metal back to its original memory. and or they also have the tabs you super glue and pull.
