Anybody from PA know the rules for bike inspections? If I have it titled as what it is not a specialty construction or anything what has to be there what doesn't? Like turn signals, mirrors, fenders?

Well I started yet another project :D 1979 XS400. It needs a lot but I hope to be riding sometime this spring. Anybody know of any motorcycle junkyards in PA? I need a bunch of stuff.

I'm dreaming of a metric chopper project but do not know what bikes best suit my needs. Are there any particular bikes to avoid? I know some are too weak to be hardtailed but I'm not that familiar with all the different models. Thanks for any tips.

I think I need to buy one finally. What kind do you guys recommend? Is the HF one a total POS or would it be ok for some light work. I wouldn't be doing anything more than 18 gauge for now and I don't need to brake anything 4' wide. Any thoughts?
