Anyone have an idea of what I can use to fab up some engine mounts for a Ford 302? I'd like to get what I need from one of the local parts stores other than the metal of course. What would make a good bushing for absorbing the vibration? Thanks!

Ok so I know nothing... Will the drum brakes on my 1970 ford truck work on my 30s axle? It has drums with none of the other parts like the backing plates on it now. Also looks like some kind of aluminum spacers. The bolt pattern is also 5 on 4 3/4 GM? If the 70' brakes will not work what would?

How do you determine coilover mounting length? For instance if the compressed length is 9in and the extended length is 13in, how far apart would the mounting locations be?
