    LOL..Thanks! I love the idea of the table, that would assist greatly as long as the piece you are bead rolling is flat. The fence is a must for rolling straight lines, however i have not gotten that far yet.

    Thanks! Having the bead roller mounted up high is a huge benefit, it allows you to site down the piece and keep things nice and straight. The stand height is around 42"

I use i ESAB machine that is about 20 years old and outdated, does not really work very well on anything but mild steel and some stainless. By the way...

    New Bead Roller Stand

    We have a Mittler brothers 24" powered bead roller to mount on it, it works very nice, only mod we made was to bolt it to the floor so it does not wobble.

    83 Kawasaki KZ750 Build

    We use a 20 ton shop press to dimple die the holes, and a wiedemann turret punch to make the holes. You can get the dimple dies off of ebay very reasonably, and in any size.

    We could not convince the customer to run a cage, he is going to drive this on the street. Kinda crazy but i can dig it. we welded the quarter panels but the customer installed the quarter panel patches. The front is all stock, sadly this job was done way more for the cool factor than the go...

    I have been working on turning an 83 Kawasaki KZ750 into sort of a cafe style bike. Mostly focusing on the tail styling, and getting rid of that ugly cruiser style look the bike had from the factory.

    Those are some nice looking headers, may i ask what kind of machine you were using to weld? Also i have built some headers for the shop i work for included a couple of pics.
