83 Kawasaki KZ750 Build

I have been working on turning an 83 Kawasaki KZ750 into sort of a cafe style bike. Mostly focusing on the tail styling, and getting rid of that ugly cruiser style look the bike had from the factory.

some mighty fine fab-n-weld you got going there!!! What kind of press do you have to pop them speed holes??

We use a 20 ton shop press to dimple die the holes, and a wiedemann turret punch to make the holes. You can get the dimple dies off of ebay very reasonably, and in any size.
