1937 ford panel delivery

I am getting my but kicked trying to repair the michigan cancer on the bottom half of the 'B' pillar it has multiple breaks with a radius, was thinking try to find another 'B' of another truck that was to far gone. I have access to a shrinker/stretcher but am not 10% smarter than the equipment I am working with. any help or advise would be very very very great[Sfull.
