I found a 41 Dodge truck cab in the woods. Needs some work but nothing that can't be fixed.

I made a 2x4 pinched frame with 16 inch kick.
The bed sides are 1938 Chevy Special. what I removed from the sides when I shortened it I used for the bulkhead.
The tail gate and rear pan are metal adjustable shelving.
I will try to do more pictures if I can.

I have the gas tank hidden under the ammo crate. Just open the lid and fill the tank.

Thanks
Here are some more pics of the frame. I am not very disciplined at taking pictures while I work.

Well the uploading process lockes up so I will try some other time.

Nice project ! I like the ammo crate fuel tank cover Looks like you're off to a great start, how long have you been working on it?

I work on it when I get a few spare minutes/hours. I started it last october.

If I could stick with it I could have had it done by now. Unfortunately there are other things more important....

The frame took about 100 hours.

The frame seemed like it took about 100 hours.

Finally close to done!

Well at least we like to say they are "done" but we seldom leave them like that.....

Here are some pictures of the military theme 41 Dodge truck.

I started with only a cab and no title.
I have the paperwork submitted to Harrisburg now (long story) and still continuing!!!!
I tried to prove you can build a hot rod in Pennsylvania to show all the naysayers it could be done.
I tried to meet all the PA vehical codes for street rods. I so far haven't proven you can build a rod from scratch in PA......
I ain't givin up!!!!

When I get time I will share some of the unique experiences.

Got R Done!!!!

Well it has been a while since I was here. Been busy.......

I got about 100+ actual road miles on it and no issues thus far.
That's not counting the 25 miles of rolling it in and out of the garage.

Here are some pictures.
