Been making good progress. Replaced the door actuators, took the window regulators to replace with others (without chewed up handle studs), need to replace track rollers, fixed the felt guide tracks They were new but improperly installed, sanded most of the dash and primed, painted trim pieces. Forgot the camera in the house and it was too cold to care about running back out with it  I'll get some pics up soon (maybe a week).

Picture time!

I used black pinstripe in the grooves. I like the hammertone, you don't have to be fussy on the surface prep.

I need to make a patch under the gauges then finish the sand & prime. Gray hammertone there and on the panel around the rear window.

Yesterday I got the passenger window and rolling easy. Replaced the 3 guide rollers. Would have completed the drivers door too but made an embarrassing mistake.

Also got the cowl vent out and cleaned up. Had to lube the hinge to get it to pivot again.

Feels like there should be more pics for the amount of work I did. [S

Put the dash trim back on.

Patching the floor. Gonna take a while to weld this all in.

This part might be a little backwards. I have the muffler and dual tailpipes on but still don't have anything from the manifolds to the muffler. The tips were cut from a mandrel bend I had. Really like that smooth turn down.

Placed a good sized order with Classic Parts, needed the guide rollers for the drivers door window regulator. Don't ya know, that item was back ordered.

I knew I forgot some.

Painted the back panel in the cab.

Made some blanks for the visor mounts. At $75 it might be awhile before it gets visors.

Last week I put in the MOON big foot gas pedal.

Also been working on all the floor welding.

Made some progress today while feeling crappy.

Put in the electric wiper conversion. Said a few bad words.

Put the upper cowl vent back in with a new rubber gasket and drain tube.

Replaced the motor on the heater with a 12 volt. Said a lot of bad words. Fan wheel was STUCK on the shaft. Going to drop the core off tomorrow to be cleaned and tested, don't want any leaks when it gets put in.

Freed up the defroster cable and bolted it under the dash with the new fan switch.

Oh you too?? Ugh! Mine was a M F'er! I think it still hits the defrost vent and I'm pretty sure the whole thing is going to fall apart during the first heavy storm...I considered converting to a modern unit IE: 1990 C1500 style...[S

I think mine clears everything, so far. I don't have the defroster hoses in. Still trying to figure out how the support brace is supposed to go. [S
