A lot of trunk space wasted. I would think a couple of smaller wheels attached to the rear end housing would do the same. Parallel parking is just about a thing of the past now anyways.

I saw a video of those on 20s era cars so the concept had been around a while by the 50s. Wouldn't you love to find that set up on an old car in the junkyard?

I've seen that awhile back. its cool but it would suck if it got stuck half way.

It makes me wonder how they powered the extra wheel, it would take some torque to move that big of a car even a short distance.
