1952 Chevy truck cab question

I recently bought a 1952 Chevy 4400 series truck. I am curious to know if this cab has the same dimensions as the smaller series trucks. Any input is appreciated.

Not sure about 1952 Chevy 4400 series but I believe most 1/2 to 1 1/2 tons shared cabs

I believe the cabs are the same,but I know the whole front clips are different including the hood.
