Quick update, my brother and his wife drove ten hours to spend the weekend with us, so I have some really good help and got the rear wheel issue dealt with.

Build a jig to mount the wheel on to true up the runout on the wheels. Found that brand new theses things had 78 and 82 thou After cutting the centers loose and moving them out .5 inches we got them down to 30 thou and then I tigged them back in.
