30 ford front axel and steering

So i just picked up a front axel for my 30 model a sedan.
now, any tips on mounting the leaf spring?
i know when they came stock they were in front of the axel?
but ive seen people put them behind the axel?
post any pics that you may find helpful!
also steering is now in the mixture, so many options....
whats your favorite? pics too please!

No, when they were stock the axle was directly on top of the axle. The spring in front didn't happen until 1935.

As for answering your other questions, there are just too many possibilities to even begin to give you suggestions. If you do a search of some of the build threads on here you will see some of the ways these are done.
