The plan

I got the body about 2 years ago before I sold my IHI.Found a 2001 Dodge done truck for the motor, trans, and rear end. Building a custom frame stout enough to handle 1000lb motor and accomidate air bags. Cut 7" off the bottom of the body, tucked it over the frame and have the top chopped 6"in the front and 5" in the rear. Plan is to put the radiator behind the axle in the back and notnhave anything in front of the Cummins except the cantilevers for the air bags. Found the front axle under a chevy 3500 service truck. Special ordered the 10 x11.25 wheel adapters to run those 22's up front and 24" in the rear. Have a lot of parts but really just got started about 2 weeks ago. More pics to come!

I saw a Cummins in a 'Boat Tail Rivera'. Really cool, but it the turning radius was about 2 blocks!

Semi wheel adapters

The wheels and adapters came from American Force. But there are several companies that make them. I had to make them fit in the front axle but there a direct bolt on for the dodge rear axle.

It took almost a year to get the wheels from American force though
