I can wheelie at 160mph all day long but for some reason that thing made me shake like crazy. i think it was because i was so happy its driving down the road. or maybe because i didnt know if i just climbed in my coffin!! Anyone else get that why on there first real drive?

I always feel that way on the first few drives because that's when the realization really hits home of who built the car I'm driving at 70 mph+ down the freeway was, ME. That's enough to scare anybody!

Hot rod

You know what was wrong, all the people were looking at your truck and not at his 60,000 dollar ride.

Awesome build. I compliment you on your skills, and budgeting effort. I also am into cheep parts. Good to have old parts laying about. Just a quick note about the steering. Years ago we built a car to race figure8, instead of using the chain and gears method everyone else was using, we used a rear end out of a Crosley, good gear ratio and it set the steering in the middle of the car..
Thanks for sharing your build....[cl
