looking for feedback. thanks!

I'm kinda torn between two "cool factors", so some feedback would help me decide. Would it be cooler to have twin turbos, or a single turbo and the truck be right hand drive? There are a few reasons as to why I'm thinking one or the other, but I won't do both. What do you all think would be cooler? Thanks in advance!

Your truck is looking great so far! Since you asked, I'd opt for twin turbos, they'd look killer hanging out in the wind! Also, I would consider running the fenders without a hood. I like it. Besides, I think fenders are the new fenderless!:D

I finally installed my rack on the i-beam. I decided to go right hand drive and twin turbos.

'39 chevy truck project

Just for fun I thought I put out a teaser of my other project that's on the back burner til the truck is done. It's a '37 Nash Lafayette stretched to 26' feet. I'll be putting a twin turbo toyota supra engine with a 6 speed transmission.

Man, you just can't believe a word you say! [ddd

Looks like the truck will have to settle for being 'double cool':cool:

That Nash limo will be awesome as well [dr

Lol Snake Farm! I'm in a constant state of mind changing. I caught a bunch of flack from my friends for going the one turbo route, so I had to go twin. Your Willys look great, great job on the chop!!

front suspension

It took me long enough tonight, but one of the front arms are ALMOST done..where does the time go!!

CORPO, your truck is super sick! I love your bracket work! As for the limo I'm keeping it top secret until i get it to a certain point. All I'm saying is that it'll have independent suspension all the way around, and a twin turbo Toyota Supra engine.

I got one side of my airbag stabilizer arm/bracket tacked together. It's so much cleaner than the temporary plates i had on the. Now i won't cringe every time i look at it:)

Personally i like the symmetrical look of twins unless you can center the single turbo as some drag cars do.

more on the rear

I got all of my bag stabilizer bars on and the temporary plates off. It looks so much more robotic looking now i think. Hopefully the machine shop has the last two holes tapped on the radius arms today so i can start making the cantilever bars for the front.

building the front end

Here are some pics from last night. I finally got my radius arms back from having having the end that mounts to the frame tapped. Nothing too exciting at this point, but now i can start building the front cantilever bars and crossmembers. I have a rough idea in my head with how it'll all work, i just gotta make it happen:)

fab work looks great as always..and I get see how that rear stuff works now..how do keep the rattles out of ALL those joints? poly bushings everywhere?

front end work

You're right Tim, i do have poly bushings. They are everywhere except where the rear leverage bars mount to the bottom trailing arms and to the bags(i dont think the bag mounted ones will cause any noise or roughness), and ofcourse the heim endes. The air ride will help to smooth everything out though, and if its still to rough I'll go back to the drawing board. I had a few mini trucks that i built back in thr day that didn't have any bushings, and while a little noisy at times, they weren't bad at all. Time will tell on this one though.lol

front end

I still have to make the bottom mounts and gussets at this point, but it is mounted:)
