Alright here are some pictures of the truck the day I brought it home. If anyone knows about a chassis that would work that would be great. I have the knowledge to build one just don't have the tools. Let me know.

Looks like a starting place to me....

You might consider getting a set of reproduction 32 frame rails and swap over/adapt/repair your 39 crossmembers and components

Are you going to run the fenders? If so, the frames are all similar from '36 to '41.
